How to Register:
1. Team registration must be completed online
2. Enter participant information
3. Please indicate your company/team name on the entry form
4. Add team members to the roster
5. Enter an email address to send the invoice to
6. Entry and payment must be received before your team is assigned a starting hole
7. You will receive an email from an Adaptive Sports Iowa staff member outlining the details of the event
 

Adaptive Sports Iowa (ASI) changes the lives of Iowans with physical disabilities. Our programs are free of charge for participants, as they already face many financial obstacles in their personal lives. Everyone deserves access to sports and recreation and the overall health and wellness benefits this access provides.

Help support Adaptive Sports Iowa by signing up a team to play at the 2026 Golf Classic on Tuesday, September 8. All proceeds will help Iowans with disabilities stay healthy and active through ASI's programs and events.
