Competition Format

All registrants are to register individually and will be entered into the Iowa Games Individual Results
Individuals can select to be scored in the team race on the registration.
Teams can have 7 entries. Placing will be determined by taking the average time of the top 4 runners or scoring the top 4 places of team members depending on the number of entries per category.

The race will be a chip timed.

Winning teams of each category and age group winners will receive a Fleet Feet Gift Card. Top 3 finishers in each team category and age group will receive a medal.

Adult - Coed (Must have 2 women on the team. Score will be based on the top 2 men and the top 2 women).
